Antiques versus Collectibles
Confronting the issue and still confused as ever.
Q. Are collectibles antiques?
A.  Yes and No.
Q. Because I collect antiques are they collectibles?
A. We think they could be considered collectibles if you "collect" them
Q. Can an antique not be a collectible?
A. In some cases but not all.
Q. Can a collectible not be a collectible?
A. Yes... well maybe, or until someone starts a "collection".
Q. What's the difference between a collectible and an antique?
A. We're not sure but it is somewhere between something that is 25 years or so old and some piece of plastic you got with a happy meal at a fast food place
only yesterday.
Q. How are you going to categorize this site?
A. We're not sure about that either.
Q. Are web sites which are older than 25 years considered antiques?
A. Probably not, well maybe, sure why not.
Q. Can you collect web sites?
A. Sure.
